Prepare

Performance Chiropractic models its preparation strategies around systems used by top Professional athletes. These practices can be applied whether you are a pro athlete or a weekend warrior. Every person has the capacity to improve upon their current level of fitness and movement. At any point, anybody and everybody can improve. I will apply the secrets of the pros as efficiently as possible to help my patients improve.

There is no overnight magic-pill to make the body function optimally. It requires a series of steps, it is an important process. You either begin to improve yourself daily, or face a slow and steady decline. The process of constant and never ending improvement starts with getting screened for asymmetries, dysfunction, or movement deficiencies.

Here’s what the pros are doing to prepare for their season. The same advanced treatments will be applied to my patients:

  • Professional athletes know and understand moving well is necessary before moving fast.  They understand that one asymmetry can lead an injury that will cost them the game, season, or their career.
  • Work with manual therapist to get rid of all that scar tissue that built up from a lifetime of athleticism.
  • Get screened for movement deficiencies (appropriate for their sport
  • Clear up mobility problems.
